Making 'The Hunger Games' Fire Costumes Video

The Hunger Games DVD/Blu-ray has a behind-the-scenes clip showing how director Gary Ross and visual effects supervisor Sheena Duggal designed The Girl and Boy on Fire.

There are some great concept art and animatics showing how they translated the fire wings from the book to the screen.
